Dekkadence Chef Nanda, born and raised locally with a passion for the culinary arts boasts over 8 years’ experience as Head Chef at one of Bali’s Leading Hotels and an exclusive 5 star Balinese resort.
Our Chef and his team are responsible for preparing meals that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palette.

Our wide range of delicious breakfast and lunch options is included during your stay at Dekkadence. Dinner is available upon request at an additional charge.
All meals are served by our friendly, English speaking kitchen staff, in any of the dining areas within the villa.
Guests can also indulge in a broad selection of beer, wine and spirits at an additional cost.
Chef has developed a diverse in-house menu of local and international cuisines. Our dining team is happy to cater to any dietary requirements and special requests.
